Also known as a kufiya, the traditional checkerboard scarf has been adorned by Palestinians since the early 20th century and has become a symbol of Palestinian solidarity.

Originally woven into fabric, ours is woven with beads and we have incorporated the three key symbols: the fishnet, olive leaves and bold lines. All of which signify the abundance of the Palestinian land and sea*.

In May 2021, we raised money for Orphans In Need's Emergency Gaza Fund through the sales of our Palestine Flag bracelets. We at Teutie Pie stand in solidarity with the people of Palestine and are continuing efforts to raise money for those in need, in light of the recent humanitarian crisis.
