The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
To ensure you receive your confirmation email, please provide the correct email address. Add info@teutiepie.com to your contacts so that your confirmation email is received in your inbox and not junk.
Processing and shipping times:
For products that are ready made, we aim to dispatch within 1 to 2 working days. Made to order pieces may require up to 5 working days to dispatch. You can find the expected dispatch time for each product in its product description.
UK Delivery
At checkout, you can choose between the following options:
Standard Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48® service (2 to 3 working days) - 2.00 GBP*
Express Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 24® service (Next working day) - 3.00 GBP
*Free standard UK delivery will automatically be applied at checkout when the total order amount is 30.00 GBP or more.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You may track your item on the Royal Mail site.
At Teutie Pie we have one person making all of the jewellery on our website. In the event that Teutie Pie experiences a high volume of orders, please allow a few extra days for your order to be made. We will contact you via email if we suspect significant delays in your order. Although, careful planning and consideration will go into ensuring your order is made within the 5 working days window.
At the moment, we only ship to the UK (this includes England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland). Please bear with us as we expand our international shipping.
Damages and lost parcels:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Read more on this in our Refund Policy.
Teutie Pie is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. If the parcel has arrived damaged, the customer must contact Royal Mail to file a claim. It is important that you keep the original packaging and product before filing a claim.
If you have not received your item and we suspect your parcel is lost, we will file a claim with the courier. Processing claims with Royal Mail may take up to 30 days. In this time, we are unable to process refunds or resend items. Once the claim has been processed, we can take action based on the outcome. Outcomes from claims are final and cannot be overridden.
Incorrect information at check out:
In the event that a package is returned to Teutie Pie due to a customer entering the wrong information during the check out process, or the customer did not collect their parcel, then the customer is responsible paying the postage to have the parcel resent.
