You won't have to worry about the metal components of your Teutie Pie jewellery tarnishing. We use 304 stainless steel, making our jewellery corrosion resistant and durable.

However, since we use beads with special finishes and thread for our hand-stitched pendants, it is important the jewellery remains dry. We suggest the following to maintain the condition of your jewellery:

• Avoid contact with water, perfume and hairspray.
• Avoid humidity, heat and overexposure to the sun.
• Occasionally wipe the jewellery with a soft dry cloth .
• Remove the jewellery before sleeping, exercing, showering and hand washing.
• Avoid dropping the jewellery on hard surfaces as the beads are made of glass.

Care instructions will also come in your package as a handy reminder. 

The name Teutie Pie is a mashup of the phrase 'cutie pie' and the first name of the owner, Teuta. 

At the beginning of each month, we will announce which piece of jewellery will be up for grabs in the prize draw, on our blog. Don't worry if you have already bought the chosen piece! We can arrange a different one for you if you win. 

1. Upload a photo or video of yourself wearing your Teutie Pie jewellery to your Instagram feed.
2. Hashtag it with #myteutiepie AND tag us @teutiepie.
3. At the end of the month we'll randomly select a winner.

1. By posting your entry, you consent to Teutie Pie reposting your entry photo on the @teutiepie Instagram page.
2. For an entry to be valid, you must post a picture or video on Instagram feed of yourself wearing your Teutie Pie jewellery, including the #myteutiepie hashtag in the caption, as well as tagging our @teutiepie page.
3. If you did not win for the month in which you posted your entry, you must post again for your entry to be valid for a new month.
4. The winner will be selected randomly and will be contacted via Instagram DMs. Therefore, you must follow us @teutiepie if your Instagram account is on private, so we can message you.
5. If the winner does not respond to claim their prize within 48 hours of the announcement, a different winner will be chosen at random.
6. To keep the prize draw fair, if you have won a prize draw, you will not be eligible to win another.
7. The entry can be a photo or a video posted on your feed, and it MUST follow Instagram's guidelines.
8. It is not necessary for you to post your entry during the month in which you purchased your Teutie Pie jewellery.
9. If you enter the prize draw during a particular month, you must not delete your entry post until the month has passed, otherwise your entry for that month will no longer be valid.

Once your order is placed you will be sent a confirmation email. 

Most of our pieces are ready made and will be dispatched within 2 working dyas. Some pieces are made to order and will be dispatched within 5 working days. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48® delivery. This service aims to deliver post in 2 - 3 business days, including Saturdays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. You may track your item on the Royal Mail site.

At the moment we only ship to the UK - this includes England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
